Transition Plan
Making the transition into civilian life is exciting, and takes preparation. As you begin to plan for your civilian career search and military transition, it is critical that you make your career search a priority. Set aside time to attend scheduled interviewing workshops, as well as one-on-one interviews by phone or during base visits with your V.E.T. Recruiter. We provide services based on the needs of the Veteran with services offered through VA including vocational rehab.
Follow-up Program
The V.E.T. Follow-up Program identifies and treats developmental needs early, ensuring the correct accurate services and family support are in place to make for an easy transition into civilian life.
Career Placement
We provide information, tools, and training to ensure Service/V.E.T. members and their spouses are prepared for the next step in civilian life whether pursuing additional education, finding a job in the public or private sector, or starting their own business. Get the skills necessary to envision a new career, plot a transition plan, work for a salary negotiation, discuss your strengths, and follow up to achieve agreement.
